08:00Meet our English local speaking guide and transfer to Highway 4 restaurant, and take a cyclo through the streets of Hanoi's legendary Old quarter to a traditional shop for marketing Vietnamese rice noodle. Here we see the processing and cutting of traditional rice noodle and purchase our noodle.
09:00 Taxi transfer to Highway 4 restaurant
09:15Welcome drinks at Highway 4; kit our Chef outfits, receive our menu booklets and briefing from your guide about today's dishes
09:30Begin Cooking class
10:00Taxi transfer (or walk) to local market where we will purchase the other ingredients necessary for this recipe; return by taxi (or by foot)
10:45Continue Cooking class
11:45Lunch - feast on the noodle soup you have just prepared as well as a fruit platter dessert and get an introduction to Vietnamese dinning style
12:30End of the cooking course - select a special gift from the cooking class range and farewell
